COVID-19 safety procedures we have taken

As today brings us another day closer to beating this virus, there is still concern and uncertainty. We are part of the essential health services and will be open intermittently to help serve our community through these trying times.

To respect the STAY HOME/STAY SAFE order from our Governor, during office hours, adjustments  are for those with musculoskeletal problems, discomfort or pain.

***WE ARE FOLLOWING CDC PROTOCOLS AND TAKING EVERY PRECAUTION NECESSARY TO PROTECT BOTH OUR PATIENTS AND OURSELVES.***

Our number one priority is providing a safe environment for your adjustment.

We are asking patients that have any Coronavirus-related symptoms to stay home. Please reschedule and quarantine yourself immediately to prevent the spread of this virus.

Have you had contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days or traveled outside the country?

Have you had any of these symptoms in the last 14 days:

  • Fever greater than 100.4
  • Cough
  • Bronchitis or Respiratory Infection
  • Sore Throat
  • Shortness of Breath
  • Digestive Complaints, including Vomiting or Diarrhea
  • Severe fatigue

***If you said yes to any of the above questions or are experiencing any of these symptoms, please call your primary care provider and schedule an appointment for COVID-19 testing.

Only patients with scheduled appointments will be permitted. Others, please call ahead, rather than walking in, so that we can properly stagger adjustments.

Virtual waiting room: Check in from your car. Simply call 860 350-2225 when you’re here!

Social Distancing. Patients will be kept separated and appointments staggered.

  •  The doctor sanitizes his hands AND your hands before and after each patient’s adjustment.
  • Adjustment tables (headrests, arm rests, etc.) are sanitized after each person’s adjustment.
  • We are using alcohol, disinfectants, and bleach throughout the office regularly during the day on common touch-points such as door handles, bathroom fixtures and light switches.

Per latest mandate from Governor Lamont, masks or face coverings are required for anyone entering a health care facility,  We wear health care-level masks for both your and our protection.

Curbside adjustment? If you prefer, there will be an adjusting table outside, in front of the office, so you can have an adjustment — Al Fresco! (Weather permitting)  So you won’t even have to come inside the office during your visit.

We pride ourselves in trying to create a safe haven among the chaos of everyday life. We deeply care for all of you and look forward to seeing at the office.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We’ve got this!

 With love and passion,

Dr. Klein and Hillary
